Air Fryer Smashed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 package Green Giant® Simply Steam™ Brussels Sprouts Salt & Pepper
  • cooking spray, preferable olive oil
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
    Sriracha Mayo
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. sriracha sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • pinch of salt
    Sour Cream & Chive Dip
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • pinch of salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. Microwave or steam Brussels Sprouts for 1 minute less than package instructions.
  2. Gently dry off Brussels Sprouts with a paper towel and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Smash each Brussels Sprout with the bottom of a glass or flat dish, flattening to about ½-inch thick.
  4. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  6. Place smashed Brussels Sprouts in the air fryer basket without crowding.
  7. Cook at 370°F for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 5 minutes more.
  8. Serve warm with either or both sauces.
