Air Fryer Smashed Brussels Sprouts Recipe

This tasty side dish is so, so simple and oh, so good!

INGREDIENTS

1 package Green Giant® Simply Steam™ Brussels Sprouts Salt & Pepper
cooking spray, preferable olive oil
⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
Sriracha Mayo
½ cup mayo
2 Tbsp. sriracha sauce
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
pinch of salt
Sour Cream & Chive Dip
1 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
pinch of salt and black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Microwave or steam Brussels Sprouts for 1 minute less than package instructions.
Gently dry off Brussels Sprouts with a paper towel and place on a baking sheet.
Smash each Brussels Sprout with the bottom of a glass or flat dish, flattening to about ½-inch thick.
Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Place smashed Brussels Sprouts in the air fryer basket without crowding.
Cook at 370°F for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 5 minutes more.
Serve warm with either or both sauces.
