Ingredients
- 1 package Green Giant® Simply Steam™ Brussels Sprouts Salt & Pepper
- cooking spray, preferable olive oil
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
Sriracha Mayo - ½ cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp. sriracha sauce
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- pinch of salt
Sour Cream & Chive Dip - 1 cup sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- pinch of salt and black pepper
Directions
- Microwave or steam Brussels Sprouts for 1 minute less than package instructions.
- Gently dry off Brussels Sprouts with a paper towel and place on a baking sheet.
- Smash each Brussels Sprout with the bottom of a glass or flat dish, flattening to about ½-inch thick.
- Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Place smashed Brussels Sprouts in the air fryer basket without crowding.
- Cook at 370°F for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Serve warm with either or both sauces.
